For more than a decade, Blinkist has been a globally recognised learning platform with over 25 million users, but renewal performance was declining and organic acquisition lacked momentum. Product and content operated in parallel rather than as one integrated subscription system.

My mandate was clear: stabilise the business, restore sustainable growth, and prepare the company for exit within a three-year horizon.
